Hi Robert,

I generating the Ranorex report using my Driver script. I am not running my test cases from Ranorex Test Suite. It wont be possible to share the whole solution but I can share the Driver script(in the attachment) hope this will help to understand the problem.

I tried with Ranorex 7.0 but report was generated in the same way. Sharing report n few relevant file which i am using to generate the PDF report. Please have a look.

I observed that the problem is not only with Toc but the same issue exist in the content of PDF.

Rxlog is just 187 KB. I am using Ranorex version 5.4.1.

i put Details as "all" , now I don't see any error but PDF report didn't get generate.
