Can anyone help us to resolve the issue and track all elements from command prompt

Hi Team
We want to run the multiple test cases in the cross-browser, Here we need to configure the browser at the test suite level.
We need to select one browser(i.e., Chrome) at a time from the test suite level and, all test cases should execute only in that browser

We tried both standalone and Ranorex integrated spy.
When we tried to click on particular element and element is highlighted but repository item is not generated.
Please do needful ASAP we already spend two days time on this issue

We are tried to open the Ranorex studio and Spy with admin privilege but we are not able to track the elements.
We are not able to create a snapshot also while tracking/clicking it is highlighting the element and not able to find the Xpath of the element.
