Slower internet connection to VM causing mouse clicks to miss
Slower internet connection to VM causing mouse clicks to miss
I am currently developing and running my scripts on a Windows 10 VM. When my local computer is connected to the VM via ethernet I can run the test cases fine and the mouse clicks register on the webpage that I'm testing (testing HTML elements). When I disconnect my local machine (laptop) from ethernet and try to run the test cases on the VM the mouse clicks are phantom clicks. Ranorex can find the element it's trying to click and doesn't throw an error, but it doesn't actually click the element even though it says it does in the log. I've tried to add WaitForExists. I've disabled "Use asynchronous dispatching of mouse and keyboard events". I've also enabled turbo mode. Nothing has worked so far.

Re: Slower internet connection to VM causing mouse clicks to miss
so you're basically connected over WiFi on your laptop and from there into your VM? this is the scenario in which you're having issues?

Hi,
What Ranorex version do you use? The most recent version is 9.0.1. If you are using something older, please update it. Debugging such kind of issue with an old version is irrelevant.
