Sometimes Ranorex.SpanTag and DivTag Methods are failing though it is a Span and Div Tag

Hi,

I am using inbuilt Ranorex SpanTag, DivTag, aTag like this there are so many attributes available in Ranorex

I am using most of them

In Ranorex there is this intermittent issue in place, sometimes the script is identifying the Span and Div Tag and sometimes it is not

Getting the error "There is no Span Tag"

Please let me know if more details are required

Please help me to resolve the issue

Can you tell the community how you've implemented the automated steps exactly?
Maybe a screenshot would be helpful.
Also, please upload a Ranorex Snapshot of one of the elements you're struggling with and a compressed report (rxzlog file) of the failed test run.
