Spy tracking issue

Hi,

Using Ranorex 5.2.2 and IE 11.

I have a IE DOM (dialog) that appears in my app. When I try to use Spy on this dialog, it cannot find any elements below the big DIV element that is just below the body. I can manually expand the structure within Spy from this DIV tag down and see the elements, and they highlight in the DOM when I select them in Spy.

I know that this specific dialog is a very old ASP code in our program. Wondering if it is a bug in Spy or something is missing from this old ASP page.

I'll send a snapshot of the DOM to support.

We are already in contact with Aracknid via emails. This seems to be a tricky one.

I will update this post with our findings once we are able to find a resolution.
