Hi Everyone,
I got problem with starting my app registered with RxService.
The following message is a last screen of Instrumentation Wizard:
Despite the successful instrumentation and registering app in service the start app command is failed with time out.
Device:
iPod Touch
iPhone OS 9.3.1
Wi-Fi connection.
Timeout in General settings>Mobile plug-in is 2m.
If I start my app manually and trying to record steps I can't do so due the fact that Ranorex Studio doesn't see app as running app.
Thanks,
Felix.

Hi Felix,
Unfortunately I'd need more information to analyze this problem in more detail. Therefore, may I ask you if you could send a non-instrumented copy of your application to [email protected]? Please also let me know which Ranorex version you are currently using.
Thank you in advance.
Additionally, please ensure that your iOS device is part of the mobile provisioning profile you are using to instrument the ipa file.
Regards,
Markus (S)

Hi Marcus,
We updated mobileprovision file with UDID of test device, created a new build which apple call "Ad Hock build" and instrumented this build in Ranorex wizard. It looks like mobileprovision file update and specific test build creation solved the problem.
Thanks,
Felix.
