Strange behavior with Safari using Spy

Post by Florian » Tue Aug 07, 2012 3:52 pm

Here is my problem and the steps to reproduce it:
  • Open Safari (I have Safari v5.1.7 (7534.57.2)
  • Navigate this URL: http://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00114743.html
    This is the web page for the OCZ SSD (OCZ Agility 3 Series 240 Go) that my company sells.
  • Open Spy and track the title 'OCZ Agility 3 Series 240 Go' (above the main picture of the product)
    => Spy recognizes the title like a Span tag with InnerText="OCZ Agility 3 Series 240 Go"
  • Now navigate again the same URL, or refresh the browser (F5)
  • Try to track again the same title ...
If your behavior is the same than mine (I expect so), Spy finds a Span Tag with id='button' inside:

Code: Select all

//div[#'plusone']/span[#'widget_bounds']/table/tbody/tr/td/div/span[#'button']
What is that stupid thing???

I Google it and I may guess it would be a "Google+" div. But why it did not appear the first time??

You can reproduce this behavior as much as you want it. Simply close Safari and start again.

Anyone can help me? I'm stuck! I can't go further because of that.
