Hi,
I was using Ranorex 8.3.1 for automating my tests and Testrail to track the execution and test plan.
I have now updated my solution to 9.2.0, and tried to execute the sync option, but every time I am getting an error stating "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object"

Hi,
Have you tried to reinstall the test rail integration? Maybe there is just something corrupted? Going from 8.3.1 to 9.2 is a somewhat big leap, because there were '8' Ranorex releases. And some of them contained TestRail-related fixes and improvements. So I would definitely consider reinstalling TestRail integration in 9.2.
