To Understand the License accessibility

We have problem of usability of Ranorex Studio for more than one user. We have license of "Ranorex License Server V5.3" version. And it has installed on the server. When two different users login with there id and try to open the Ranorex Studio, it is returning an error message (mentioned below) for other than one user.

The License Manager "IP Address" was contacted, but no suitable license was available. Please add additional licenses to your License Manager or wait until licenses become available. Do you want to change the licensing configuration now?

Only one user is able to use it at one time. Please help us, if we need to change the additional setting.

Hi Sandy and welcome here,

Apparently, you have only one floating license purchased/installed? Which means only one user can use Ranorex at a time. So if there are more users expecting to use Ranorex at the same time, you need more licenses.
