Re: Tool Resolution on windows server
That looks like a desktop scaling issue. Are your display settings set to a zoom of just 100% on the Scale and Layout options?
Re: Tool Resolution on windows server
Its a Virtual machine and the scaling is set to 100%.
Re: Tool Resolution on windows server
Hi,
Did anyone discovered a solution to this issue? I'm also getting the same issue, I tried changing the desktop scale settings from 100 - 150 and resolution from 1366 x 768 - 1920 x 1080 but no luck at all. I also tried with different Ranorex Studio versions and changing the VMS to 1920 x 1080 but still no luck. I've launched the incident with Ranorex support team for two to three weeks and no positive feedback yet. Please can anyone help
Regards,
Thabang

Re: Tool Resolution on windows server
Hi,
This problem is caused by display scale set higher than 100%. Please check my answer available here:
