Hello,
I am trying to run a test from Jenkins and push the results to Tetrail, I have tried two different options but none of them work.
1) Use the Testrail integration parameter, I get the following error in Jenkins
[2020/10/27 13:38:56.376][Debug ][Logger]: Console logger starting.
[2020/10/27 13:38:56.439][Failure][TestSuite]: No synchronization data found.
[2020/10/27 13:38:56.564][Debug ][Logger]: Console logger stopping.
Build step 'Run a Ranorex test suite' changed build result to FAILURE
2) Use the command line options, I execute the following batch command in Jenkins,
Automated_Systemtests.exe -ts=Automated_Systemtests.rxtst -testrail -truser=*****@synatec.de -trpass=****** -trvideo -trrunid=%Testrunid%
In this case also I get the same error, but the second option works when I run it in a command line window in the machine where Ranorex is installed. Jenkins is also running in the same machine.
Can anyone help me with resolving this issue? I have created a support ticket for it as well but I don't get any response via email.
Updating again to stay relevant, anyone has any idea why this might happen?
