Hi,

Thank you for posting this exception. Please could you post us a "How to reproduce" description for this exception. BTW, we released Ranorex 3.0.2, I would suggest you to upgrade to this version, because we've done a lot of changes in this version. We improved the usability, performance and there are a lot of new features inside.

I try to edit my old recording. When click save, it pop up exception "Error while saving" . After a few times click Retry button and this exception come out. I tried to reopen Ranorex studio, and it showed the same exception. I cannot upgrade to Ranorex 3.xx because my Ranorex license only can support 2.3.x.

Sorry but we are not going to release Ranorex 2.3.10. The only chance to get rid of this issue is to upgrade to Ranorex 3.x. Please contact our sales department ( [email protected] ) and they will send you an offer to upgrade your Ranorex license.
