Hi,
I am trying to uninstall a license for one machine to install on another but the uninstall fails. When I send Ranorex and email I get an automated response saying I have no valid case number. I have tried to log in the web site but the password fails and the forget password is not sending any emails to the require email address.
How do I uninstall the license.
