User Control Panel - messages in Outbox not Sent

User Control Panel - messages in Outbox not Sent

I created a message in the Ranorex User Control Panel, hit submit, and it sits in my Outbox - not going into Sent status. How do I get this message delivered? I don't see any errors and the only options on the Outbox page don't seem to apply.

I actually do know what he(?) is talking about...

When sending a PM on the Ranorex.com website, when you click submit the message moves to the Outbox and seems to sit there for a unexpectedly long time before it moves to the Sent Messages folder. It makes one feel that it is stuck in some sort of queue before being actually sent to the end user.

Hi,

I've just tried out to send a PM by myself.
As I can see, the message stays an unexpected time in the outbox, but the end user will receive the message immediately.
We are going to find out why the messages are queued in the outbox so long, but don't be afraid to send PMs, as they will be sent immediately ;)

It looks like the message will be automatically moved from "Outbox" to "Sent messages" when the receiver has read it.
