Validation - (Optional Action) Cannot find central directory

I try to CompareImage action and Ranorex returns this result ( (Optional Action) Cannot find central directory ) in log file instead validation.

I'm afraid, I've never saw error like this? Could you please try to reproduce the problem with most recent 9.1.1? Ranorex 9.0 is outdated, no longer supported and somewhat buggy. At next, could you please upload PDF file and image you are trying validate? And please describe in more details, what exactly you trying to achieve. Image validation should be used only if there is absolutely no other way to validate individual elements. It's simply nowhere as reliable as standard element validation.

I'm afraid, I don't know what's wrong. Are you sure the project file is located where it should be? Also, do you have the solution stored locally? Ranorex does not recommend nor supports loading solutions from network/shared drives. Is there an error message issued during loading solution?

Hi,

Could you please compress whole solution, via menu Tools >> Compress solution... and post it here?

BTW, have you unistalled 9.0 before installing 9.1.1, or you simply replaced old version with new one? Maybe you should try to completely uninstall 9.1.1 and install it back.
