Ranorex not identifying elements in Chrome 54

Ranorex version: 6.1.0
Windows version: Windows 7 Enterprise
SUT technology: Flash/Flex
No error message is shown. However, even after installing the flash debugger for chrome and running the Instrumentation Wizard, Ranorex does not identify the elements / controls in the application.
It records the actions. However, it uses same object (which is nothing but a parent container). Due to this the script does not work.
Let me know if anyone needs additional information on this
