Ranorex agent

I tried to use the Ranorex agent, without success

I installed the Ranorex License Manager
The Ranorex Agent found the license from Ranorex License Manager. But i got an error, "Failed to acquire runtime license".

Hello moadipp,

We would like to investigate this issue in the form of a support ticket since the issue could be related to the license itself. Please send us an email to [email protected]. Do not forget to attach your customer ID at the beginning of the email. Please also provide the following information in the support email:
  • - License key of the Ranorex Runtime License.
    - The version of Ranorex License Manager that you are using.
    - The version or Ranorex Agent that you are using.
    - Please also describe the network configuration. Is the Ranorex Agent installed together on the same machine with the Ranorex License Manager? If not, please check if all relevant ports are open.
