Hi,

I am using Ranorex tool for automation. Ranorex is not able to detect UI Elements inside Silverlight application. When I try to track the silverlight elements it is giving a warning message saying: "Windowless property of silverlight application must be set to false". Otherwise Ranorex is not able to access UI objects inside your silverlight application.

Regards,
Pradeep Arutala.

As the warning message says, you have to set the windowless property to false.
For further information look at following documentation http://www.ranorex.com/support/user-gui ... html#c2268

Hi Peter, As the windowless mode of silverlight application has many advantages, we cannot change the windowless property of silver light application to false. Is there any other way to solve this problem or can this problem be solved in next version of Ranorex.

Regards,
Pradeep
