Identified web elements are shifted in IE10

Hi,
We have just upgraded our Ranorex machines to 4.1 and Internet Explorer 10 (from IE9).
However, the elements highlighted are shifted to the left. This is not an issue with bigger elements, but smaller ones (like check-boxes and radio-buttons) cannot be clicked.
This worked fine in IE9, Chrome and Firefox, however, doesn't work in IE10.
Related, I found this topic here: ranorex.com/forum/identified-flash-elements-are-shifted-t4216.html but that workaround is not solving my issue.
Note:
I have attached a screenshot of how the elements are recognized for me (for a check-box and also for bigger ones, like username or password fields).
Additional Information:
Ranorex version: 4.1.0.25227 (as of now, even if an upgrade to 4.1.1 solves this issue, is not really possible due to Source Control feature being used by the organization)
.NET Runtime Version 4.0.30319.1008
Windows 7 x64 with SP1
Internet Explorer 10.0.9200.16686
Elements are accessed from code using: repoName.DomName.Element.Click();
Thanks,
Cosmin
