The xpaths I've suggested work fine with the provided snapshot. If they don't work with your real app, then there must have been something different/changed in your app? Could you please provide an error message you are getting? Eventually, a new snapshot from your app?
BTW, I'm using Ranorex 6.1.1. If you are still using Ranorex 5.3.x, then it's most probably a reason of the problems you are getting into. Try the suggested xpaths with the latest version.
