Right click not being recorded

I am using the evaluation version..trying to record a test on a website. I right click on a shape and a menu should popup, but the menu doesn't open. Is this possible? Thank you

Yes, performing a right click on an element having a shape attribute is possible with Ranorex. May I ask if the mouse is moving to the correct position when running the test?
Some elements need to have the focus before you can click on it. You can try to split up the mouse click action to a mouse move and mouse click action.
If this doesn't help it would be great to get more information in order to better help you solving the issue. A Ranroex Snapshot file would be a good resource to start analyzing the issue. If it is possible to provide access to the website it would be perfect.
