Focused test application is getting hanged after the test run.

In our case, we have created login functionality test case on desktop application.

After the test run the application is getting hanged. The Application under test needs to be forcible closed by killing the respective processes of the application in task manager.

Hi,

Unfortunately, there is not enough information in your post, to provide a reasonable answer. Please answer below questions:
Ranorex version? Currently supported are 8.3.3 and 9.0. If you are using something older, please upgrade and try to reproduce your problem again.
OS version?
Tested technology (MFC, WPF, Java, etc...)?
Does it happen both in debug and non-debug mode?

Just to be sure, Ranorex 9.0 requires, at very least, Windows 7 SP1 (with all updates installed). Could you please check this?

Hi,

Have you tried to run the test on another PC? Also, what is the last action in your test, or the action before the one, which causes the AUT to freeze?

BTW, there is also new 9.0.1 available, so please try this version as well.
