With our used Ranorex 9.1.1, it is possible to use the "Jump to item" link in report.
Than the related source file of code module opens and cursor jumps to the right position.
That works fine with Ranorex Studio only.

Is it possible to configure the report settings (or anywhere else) that you can jump from Ranorex Report Viewer to the source file in Visual Studio?

Unfortunately, there are no settings to toggle the "jump to item" links in reports. I recommend creating a feature request on our user voice platform as I do see this being a helpful feature.
