Hi,

I'm running test on remote computer via Jenkins pipeline and Ranorex Agent.
I turned on new PDF report function (TestSuite Properties, Report Tab, 'Create singel report PDF' checked) and I can't find PDF report.
Normal *.rxzlog report is generated in D:\Jenkins\workspace\ProjectName\SolutionName\bin\Debug, but there is no folder "SingleReportPDF" and PDF file.

When I run the same Test Suite locally on host computer, everything goes good and I can find PDF in folder "SolutionName\bin\Debug\Reports\SingleReportPDF"

On remote computer, in "C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\Ranorex" I can find Reports\SingleReportPDF folder, but without PDF file (folder is empty).

Please help.

I enabled the pdf option as well and ran a test using a remote agent. I can confirm that a pdf was not generated. The functionality does work when running the test locally from the studio.

If you haven't already, I'd encourage you to open a ticket with Support team so they can investigate and open a bug report if necessary.

Hopefully the support team was able to provide a solution, but if not you can see whether or not version 10.0 that was released yesterday fixed the issue or not. You can download it at https://www.ranorex.com/download-archive/ .

Hi! They still to try reproduce this issue...
I'm going to upgrade Ranorex this week. I'll let you know.

Checked already with new 10.0.0 version - still the same.
