Hello Larry,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use Rnaorex 3.3.5 and 4.0.1 parallel on the same machine. The older version will be deleted if you install a higher version.

We think that the issue is related to the machine that we have installed Ranorex on. We have installed Ranorex 4.0.1 on a different machine, and the reports work on that machine.
We are planning to install a new server in the next couple of weeks, hopefully we won't run into this problem on the new machine.

The report file is not getting generated for me only when Quality Center is integrated. But the screenshot images are saved perfectly fine. Not sure why. :shock:
Looks like we have tried all the options available in this post. Yet, we are not able to solve it.
It has affected our team's work so much! Wish this issue could be resolved sooner!! :(

I would suggest to make a web meeting in order to analyze the issue.
Did you already try to reinstall Ranorex?

Is your script stored locally? I had an issue with report creation when running from a network drive.
