Rxrec-file dominates over c#-code: I hate it

I'm trying the Ranorex Studio 2-release and after 2 days of working I don't like the Studio :(

It seems that I don't get the way of using it?

For example, when you've made a new recorder item and wrote something into the cs-file extending the automatically build code and rename the rxrec-file, there are situations when all your code is lost and only the automatic build code is available.

Or why can't the Studio rename the Repository also? After renaming the rxrec-file, it still reads "Recording1Repository".

The product is very good but the Studio is bad :(

The current Download Version is still a Preview of Ranorex Studio.

If you want to extend your recordings you should inherit from the Recording Class. Maybe in the future we will support Partial Classes.

The renaming of the repository file may be a bug. Which revision of the Preview Version do you use? It should work in the last downloadable version, revision 4593 (7. Nov).

Thank you for the tip of inheriting from the recording class - I'll try it :)

I'm using revision 4593. Unfortunately I can't reproduce this bug anymore - but I'll keep an eye on it :)
