Many of the modules being used in our scripts have been replaced with a newer version of the modules(the names remain same).
Is it possible to replace all older versions of a module with a newer version of the modules(having same name) in a test suite?

Without more information it is difficult to know what you are wanting to do.

Is it possible? Yes.

You will need to go through each test suite and manually replace them.

If you are asking for an automatic way to do it, there isn't one.
