Can we add a plugin to Ranorex

hi,
How can I add a plugin in Ranorex.
eg.
I need to add one more entry(Item) to the context menu (activated/pop up when the User right click on a test case which is defined on a Test suite file). When user select this menu item our tool/plugin will be displayed (tool must also know from which testcase it is got activated).
