Having trouble trying to print 'rxlog'

Hi
I am trying to print a report.
When I right-mouse click on report and select 'Print' option nothing happens.
When I right-mouse click on report and select 'Print Preview' option the 'Print Preview' window is displayed but it is empty.
When I right-mouse click on report and select 'Page Setup' option getting Error: 13 - Object doesn't support property or method 'showPageSetupDialog'.
Any suggestions??
