Hi Team,

I am using Ranorex 4.0 trail version. I have tested an Android Application based on Image Comparison on Android Real Device, It seems works fine. But, I have tried to test the same application in the emulator, the Screen Shot is not available error will be appeared while validating the stored screenshot with currently captured screenshot from the emulator. Could you please help me to find the solution.

Note: The application using online URL. That should be loaded into the webview as tab bar application.

In order to analyze the issue it would be great if you could send us your apk file, would this be possible?
If yes, please send it to our support mail address ([email protected]).
This would be the fastest and easiest way.
