Hello,
Could you please tell me why you want to use an emulated device on a machine in your network?
I would recommend to run it on your machine (same machine) as Ranorex.
In general, networking is not enabled for emulated devices since they run in a separate network.
You would need to configure emulator networking for that purpose.
Please take a look at Android developer platform for detailed information.
