Hi Renorex Team,

I'm new to the Mobile automation, i just try IOS automate with ipad,

Ranorex able to detect the Device (iPad), and App listed down the Application (Debug mode of ipa with latest ranorex provided lib "libRxAutomationUni_151.a").

After hit on start button, application launch (relaunch if already open) in iPad (Connected with USB in Win 7), after some times, getting the following error. (in attachment). Tried to increase the Timeout value from the setting menu.

Kindly help me out from this.

(My Next items is for Android automation for apk file - having some instrumental issues on deploy the app)

Hi vinoappu,

Unfortunately other customers reported the same issue but we were not able to reproduce it.

Therefore I may ask you to provide some additional information.

• Which version of Ranorex is installed on your machine?
• Is it possible for you to send your application to [email protected] ?

This will help us to analyze the problem and to find a solution for this issue.
