Hi,
We are trying to automate some testing of an Android application on a physical device.
We are installing the application using the InsrumentAndDeployApplication method but after install and start up the Application requires the Admin rights to be approved as
the message comes from the Android OS ()Settings>Activate device administrator) it's not visible to Ranorex (it's not shown in the Spy) and we cant find a way round this.

Has anybody had the same problem? Any ideas or solutions for this problem?

Hi Mihaela,

In general Ranorex is able to recognize all dialogs and controls that are provided by the instrumented application.
Please note: It is currently not possible to automate native applications and system dialogs, but there will be a new functionality introduced in Ranorex 5.3.
