Does Ranorex support iOS 9.1 automation?

Hi,

Does Ranorex (5.4.2 or 5.4.3) support iOS 9.1 automation?
If it doesn't, then can you inform about dates/version when it will be supported?
If any version of Ranorex is able to work with iOS 9.1, then please help with my issue.

The problem is that device (added earlier, with older iOS version - 8.1.3) can be discovered by Ranorex as connected; sample app 'MiniKeePass' downloaded from the Ranorex site, can be recognized and started from Ranorex Studio.
But when I try to deploy app on the device from Ranorex Studio, 'Ranorex Instrumentation Wizard' window 'Target USB Device' drop down list shows 'No USB devices found' (refresh button doesn't change the matter).
The same thing happens on try to add new device and after pressing on the button 'The device isn't listed' appears window 'Enumerating iOS devices failed' (error code 255; see attached file 'error_code_255.jpg').

And one more update, another device with iOS 9.1 version can be perfectly recognized by Ranorex. So, I suppose, that the resaon can be in some settings or else (though I didn't find essential differences)

iTunes version 12.3.1.

Thanks in advance,
Oksana

Hi,

I've been running Ranorex 5.4.2 on iOS 9.1 and so far so good only after I had installed the latest version of the RxServiceApp v2.1.0 and RxBrowser v2.1.2.

Gilbert
