Running Ranorex 5.4.4 with RxServiceApp 2.1.1 on various iOS 8 and 9 iPads.

Prior to RxServiceApp 2.1.1, when an instrumented app was uninstalled from the iOS device, the app would still appear as an entry on the "Ranorex Services - Apps" screen until the user attempted to open it, at which time the RxServiceApp would display the following dialog (albeit with a typo :? ):

After touching "Yes", the uninstalled app would no longer appear in the list of instrumented apps.

However, with RxServiceApp 2.1.1, this dialog no longer appears. The uninstalled app continues to appear on the "Ranorex Services - Apps" screen, and when attempting to open the app, nothing happens other than the app entry turning white for a few seconds.

Was this feature intentionally removed from RxServiceApp 2.1.1? I couldn't find any mention of it in the release notes.

Hello Otter_T,

Due to the latest changes in the start procedure of iOS apps it is currently not possible to remove the app via the mentioned way.

I'd suggest deleting the app manually like illustrated in the following screenshot.
Please swipe the corresponding app to the left side and perform a touch on the Delete button.

Thank you for your understanding.

Sincerely,
