Hello,

We have add android device successfully and add the apk file for record and play.
Next we have completed the instrumentation wizard steps successfully

And this action add the app to my recording window.
As I select the app and click on the recording button, my app gets start in my android device but an error displays on my window screen:
img refference:Error at connected time out 10s.png

So I increase the connected time out from 10s to 120s.
But found the same error:
img refference:Error at connected time out 20s.png

Can you help me to fix this problem?
Thanks,
Vivek

Hi vivekbhardwaj,

I'm afraid there is not enough information to analyze the problem. Please add information about your current Ranorex version, connection type (USB ( WiFi) and if possible a copy of your non-instrumented apk file to your post.
Generally, please try to be as precise as possible when describing your issues. Provide additional information which might be related to issue as well.
This will on the one hand help us in analyzing your issue and on the other hand it will speed up the troubleshooting procedure significantly.

Thank you!
Regards,
Markus (S)

Hi vivek,

Thank you for the additional information. So far, everything looks good.
May I ask you if you could send me a non-instrumented copy of your application to [email protected]?
This would allow me to reproduce that behavior on my side.

Additionally, I'd recommend updating Ranorex to 6.0.1 which is available in our Download Archive.

Thanks!
