Dear all,

the html report is empty after testcase execution
when I checked in the windows explorer the html file size is 0
can some body help to get rid of this issue?

There is not enough info in your post to provide a reasonable answer. Please answer the following questions:
Ranorex version? (latest is 6.2.1)
What happens if you let Ranorex to store reports in rxlog/rxzlog format?
Are you storing reports on a local HDD (don't use shared/network drives!)

May I ask you to share a zipped report with us?
Furthermore, please check if the following setting is disabled.
This setting could be found in the internet options of the Internet Explorer.
