Hi there

We're on version 6.0 and just looking to update. We can't find any option available to update the software. I think this usually shows on the start page but we can only see "loading...". Our internet connection is fine.

If you are on 6.0 your Ranorex license is most probably expired and so you may be able to update only up to the version covered by your existing license. So at first, check the expiration date of your license. Then you can go to here...
https://www.ranorex.com/free-trial/
and download the last available version from date, before your license expired. If you want to update to last available version (7.0.1), you will have to extend your Ranorex license.
