is there a way to Change the report's language, e.g. from English to German?

(I personally don't care but People around me are obviously unable to understand the meaning of the words "Test Case 'TS_xxxx' completed with status 'Success'.")

No, there is no easy way to switch the report language. The only thing you can probably do is to create your own report (or maybe customize report template)?
