Agentluancher errors in eventlog before users connect on VM

We have the Ranorex agent installed on a Windows 2012 VM, the VM is started each morning then sits idle for an hour before any users login. However we are seeing errors in the windows eventlog every ten seconds stating:
"No active session found."
This appears straight after the entry:
Launching Ranorex Agent 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Ranorex\Agent\RanorexRemoteAgent.exe'...
The errors stop once a user logs into the server.
Please can anyone advise on how to resolve this problem.
