Hi there,

I have two machines with no internet. Ranorex License Manager is running on Machine-1 with floating type license registered on it.
How to transfer License Manager to other machine. I found on internet that I need to uninstall the license first on License Manager but how will I uninstall the license from Machine-1

1) If there is no internet connection ?
2) If the Machine-1 crashes ?

Please suggest how to transfer the License Manager on Machine-2. We are using Ranorex version 6.1.0.

In order to uninstall the license on your offline machines, you can also use the "Un-install" option in the context menu as described in our Online User Guide - Chapter Licensing. But in this case, you should get an auto-generated email that contains all the information we would need to remove the authentication from our side.
Please send this content either to [email protected] or [email protected] from a machine that has access to the internet.
