Citrix session - Ranorex

Hi all,
I am having an issue when I schedule my test cases to be executed during the night.
I have a CI server which launches the suite but when it tries to connect to the virtual machine, the machine is locked, therefore, it cannot start with the test activity.
I am using Citrix to connect to this Virtual machine.
First of all I checked the 'Ranorex report' and this was displayed: So, I realized that the session was locked, then I followed this guide to disable the 'locked session':

Now the problem is different, as you can see below, the screen is 'black' and ranorex can't track any item: Any idea about how to fix this?
