Please try a clean reinstall of Ranorex as suggested by the error message.

1. Uninstall Ranorex.
2. Reboot.
3. Download and install Ranorex-8.1.1.exe.

Hi,

Are you sure you have installed .Net framework 4.5.2 or higher? It's required for Ranorex 8.x. You can identify .Net version via this blog post instructions...

Well, formatting is somewhat radical solution ;) Have you tried to install Ranorex on another machine? If it works anywhere else, then there is definitely something wrong with your machine. I would personally ask Ranorex support for help.

It was working earlier in the same machine.
But OS has been crashed so we had formatted the machine and now when we are trying to install
we are getting this problem

OS config:
Windows 8.1 enterprise

So there is most probably something wrong at the OS level or some libs are still missing? Are you sure there are installed all available service packs?
