solution on different machine, test suite exclamation point

I just started my solution on a different computer. When I open the solution, the test suite file has an exclamation point next to it in the solution explorer. What does this signify, please?

Hi,
I think it’s a version control system symbol? Probably means, that the file has changed and is not checked in? But I’m no longer using integrated VCS, so I may remember it wrong
But it’s definitely something VCS related.
