Our company is currently in the process of evaluation of test automation FWs for mobile devices, in order to find the best fit for our needs. My colleague is exploring a tool called Tosca, which has built-in support for Selenium WebDriver in standalone Appium Server. TBH, I have very poor knowledge of this tool, but AFAIK you can choose between two object-recognition engines HTML or Native (Module 3), whereas HTML one is so to speak "Selenium". Exploring the deep waters of YouTube, I've gotten to the point where, Selenium's Test Cases are just simple JSON files, correct? My question is, if we can somehow export a solution from Tosca and "import" it into Ranorex. Most likely I'm twisting here two different terms "Selenium" and "Selenium WebDriver", but if somebody here does have any experience with such scenario, I'd really appreciate that.
