What exactly do you expect from Ranorex (any special support), regarding TDD? Basically, TDD is possible with Ranorex, as should be with any other TA tool. Check for example these Ranorex&TDD-related blog posts...

But if you are looking for any TDD-specific tools/features, which may make your TDD effort easier/faster, then I'm afraid, there are no such tools in Ranorex.
