Any known reasons that could cause the RanorexLicenseService to have a high CPU usage

We are running a Ranorex License Manager an a server but lately we have the problem that it needs almost 100% of the CPU usage. It usually runs fine for about a week until it reaches a usage of about 99%. In the last month we had the problem three times. We lately upgraded our ranorex studios to ranorex 8.3.3. The first time we had the issue the License Manager was running with version 7.2.1. In an attempt to fix the issue we upgraded the License Manager to version 9.0.0 but the problem still remains. The problem is also that the License Manager blocks other License Managers since they don't get enough CPU usage.
Restarting the License Manager fixes the problem temporarily (for about a week) but is not really a solution for us.

Are there any known issues that could cause the License Manager to have a high CPU usage?

Hello blustmi,

The Ranorex License Manager doesn't need much CPU if it is running correctly. Is there an anti-virus software running on the server or is the firewall interacting with the Ranorex License Manager?
There are no known issues which could lead to this behavior. Would you mind checking if there are any exceptions in the Windows Event Logs on this machine?
