Hi,

I am facing an issue wherein I am not able to track and locate the elements of the file explorer window

It was working few days back, but suddenly Ranorex spy is not identifying any elements on the window based app

Please let me know if there is some setting which got disable by mistake

Do you have, by any chance, defined something in the Ranorex whitelist? If there is something in the whitelist, Ranorex tracks/searches only the whitelisted processes, hence the file explorer process could be ignored.
