License Related Query

Hi,

I have a floating license for Ranorex version 8.3

If I upgrade to 9.0.1 will it work ?

Why I am asking this question because I am getting the below error after upgrading my Ranorex to 9.0.1

Please find the below error

Hi,

You should not get error like this in case of expired license. If your license is expired, you should not be able to run Ranorex at all. The Error looks like something else? I would suggest to completely uninstall Ranorex and then install it back.

License expiration depends on the original date of purchase. You are eligible for Ranorex updates (both major and minor versions) within one year from the date of purchase.
