Object identification issues with winforms

Hi,
we are facing issues in identifying the object in our application(Winforms) with Ranorex 9.1. Even recording doesn't work.

Hi,
I'm afraid, without more details, and, at very least, Ranorex snapshot of the problematic element (or first traceable parent element), there is not much anyone here can do or suggest. What exactly is your problem? Ranorex cannot track an element, which was previously traceable? In what version it worked before? Have you tried to uninstall 9.1 and install previous version? Have you tried to change Ranorex settings?
